Sid Raymond. 1909-2006 was an voice actor for Terrytoons, Famous Studios, and more. He is best known for voicing Baby Huey from the Baby Huey cartoons and Katnip the Cat from Herman and Katnip



Biography[]

Sid Raymond was born on January 16, 1924 in Manhattan, New York City, New York as Raymond Silverstien, He attended New York University but got his start in the Catskill Mountains region as a recreational director and entertained Military troops during WWII.[1] After the War, He later done voices on radio and was the first voice of Heckle and Jeckle proper, Along with voicing Dimwit and presumably Sourpuss in 1948's Mexican Baseball. But in the 1950's. Took off as he done the voice of the dumb, obese, but lovable. Baby Huey for Famous Studios, Along with Katnip the Cat in The mostly dreaded Herman and Katnip Series. [2] And also played Finnegan in Duffy's Tavern, Later on. He moved on down to Florida. In which he died on December 1st, 2006. In Adventura, Florida. due to complications of Stroke.
